• Helmets are required.
• Choose clothing appropriate for the weather; layer if necessary.
• Bring a spare tube(s), patch kit, pump, at least one water bottle for each rider and tools for on-road repairs.
• Minors less than 1 year are prohibited.
• Minors less than 5 years must be in a trailer.
• Slower riders should always keep right.
• Pass ONLY on the left.

Also, rest stops with food and water, and friendly volunteers will be available at designated stops along the routes.
